How early should I book my rental items?
It is recommended that you reserve the items for your date as early as possible to avoid disappointment - especially for high-demand items.
Can I see the items before I rent them?
The complete inventory is listed online and new items are added all the time. Items are available to be viewed in person prior to renting by appointment only in our Courtice, ON location. Appointments can be prearranged via email, text or phone.
I live out of town. Can I book with you online?
You can absolutely email us with your order. We will send you a rental agreement by email and you will be required to sign it and return it to us along with your deposit to confirm the order. Payment can be made via e-transfer. We will send you a receipt for any payments made.
How much is the deposit and when is the total due?
Upon booking your rental items, a deposit of 50% secures the items for your date. The remaining 50% is due upon pick up. If your rental total is less than $50, then 100% payment is due upon booking.
Payment can be made by cash or by e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org
How long is the rental for?
For weekend rentals, your items can be picked up Thursday or Friday and are due back by Tuesday. For weekday rentals, it just depends on the day of the week. We can be flexible to your schedule depending on when the items are needed back.
What if I need to cancel?
Once booked, if you decide to cancel the order, a 25% cancellation fee will be applied to your refund.
No refunds will be issued within 30 days of your event date.
There is something I am looking for but don't see - can you get it for me?
If you are trying to find something particular but don't see it on our website, just ask! We may be able to source it for you!
How often do you get new items in?
Our Inventory is constantly growing and changing...check back often to see what's new...or rather, old...and ready to be borrowed ;)
